I see breaking down emotionally(crying, and whatnot) as a sign of complete weakness. It makes me feel weak, defenseless.
Thoughts?

I hate it when I cry because it makes me feel weak also. But I also don't like it because I know whatever problem I'm crying over someone else has has it 10 times worse.
